The Solihull Community Spinal Triage Service is part of the Solihull Community Musculoskeletal and Physiotherapy Service.
If your lower back pain and/or leg symptoms do not improve with physiotherapy or analgesia, you may be referred to the Community Spinal Triage Service for further review and management via either your GP or treating physiotherapist.

If patients fail to attend their appointment with the community spinal triage service, they will be discharged as they have verbally confirmed their appointment, received SMS confirmation and/or confirmation by letter.
If patients require spinal input the GP/clinician will need to re-refer.
