How do I register for vCreate Neuro?

If you would like to register for vCreate Neuro, please ask the doctor or nurse at your next appointment or contact the Neurology Team with your full name, email address and phone number and this will be discussed with your clinical team. If suitable, the team will send you a personal registration link. When registering, you will be asked to consent to the service and choose a password.

Once your account is set up, you will receive an email invitation from your clinical team with a personal registration link. When registering, you will be asked to consent to the service and to choose a password.

The steps for registration

1. Click "Register for your account" in the email 

2. The patient information document can be viewed by clicking the link. It includes FAQ’s and information about the service

3. Read each consent statement and tick the box if you are happy to give your consent. You are also able to consent to a family member/carer (over the age of 18) to operate the service on your behalf. If you decide not to consent or choose not to use vCreate Neuro, your treatment will remain the same and you are at no disadvantage

4. Choose a username, password and six digit passcode. Make sure you can remember these as you will need them to login to your account in future

5. Tick the box to confirm you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

Your account will be activated soon after. You can also upload a profile picture to your account.
