For issues relating to bone conduction hearing implant specifically, you can reach the team on a dedicated telephone number.
If the team are unable to answer your call, please leave a message with your name, phone number and the reason you are calling so they can return your call.
Cochlear and middle ear implants
If you have a cochlear implant and have an issue with your device, please get in touch with our dedicated team.
Your repair appointment
Your appointment should take no longer than 15 minutes.
You can book an appointment for issues such as:
- ear mould collection
- modifications to ear moulds
- impressions for new ear moulds
- repair or replacement of faulty or lost hearing aids
- servicing of hearing aids
These appointments are not for tweaking or fine-tuning hearing aids.
