The Friends and Family Test aims to encourage patient feedback, show patients that their views and experiences matter to the NHS, and improve patient experience.
All patients attending inpatient, outpatient, maternity or emergency services at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) are asked to complete the Friends and Family Test.
The Friends and Family Test can be made available in alternative formats, such as easy read or large print, and alternative languages, upon request.
